Corporate Solicitor

I am currently working with a Legal 500 law firm in Warwickshire who are looking to make a Solicitor/Associate hire into their Corporate team. On offer is flexible working plus an excellent remuneration package.

About the role:

The firm's Corporate team continues to grow from strength to strength and act for a wide variety of clients including international businesses, household names and SME's along with local businesses and entrepreneurs.

The Corporate Solicitor/Associate will have the opportunity to be involved in a varied caseload from the outset whilst working in a supportive and nurturing environment.

Workflows will include:

* Mergers and acquisitions
* Investments
* Buyouts
* Due Diligence
* Private Equity
* Shareholder work

About the Corporate Solicitor:

The successful candidate will be a UK qualified solicitor with a minimum of one year's experience in Corporate matters.

* Good client and team communication skills
* A desire to play a key role in the future of the team
* The ability to work autonomously and as a team player
