A leading UK plc in a high performing sector is looking to hire a 0-3 PQE Lawyer with a background in contentious matters.
Working as part of highly regarded legal team, this is a strong opportunity for a lawyer with a background in litigation to make the move in-house.
The company is based in Leicester but is very much open to remote/flexible working with the majority of time from home, as well as potentially 4 days per week.
The Role
The Litigation Lawyer will be responsible for handling a range of customer disputes, proactively seeking to find a positive outcome for bother the business and their customers. It will suit a commercially-minded and pragmatic lawyer comfortable with managing contentious matters but who is able to see the bigger picture and work to resolve any disputes in a collaborative manner.
The Litigation Lawyer will work alongside the Head of Disputes, the Customer Care Team and external counsel.
