Senior Litigation Lawyer, Financial Services

An experienced litigator with strong financial services experience is required at short notice to cover a 12-month maternity leave at this familiar financial institution. Working within an established team of equally experienced lawyers, you will share a workload consisting of corporate and strategic litigation, regulatory and conduct investigations as well as some financial crime. Exact caseload can be adjusted to you experience, but you should expect to work on a varied selection of large cases and provide practical hands-on litigation expertise.

We are looking for a mid to senior level lawyer with strong private practice background and excellent technical knowledge. Some in-house experience would be beneficial and you must have good knowledge of the FCA and conduct rules.
