This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Solicitor or Legal Executive with extensive contentious probate experience to join a highly respected firm in Worthing, West Sussex.
You must have previous experience in this area of law and a desire to continue your career within this specialist field. A knowledge of litigated Court of Protection work is also desirable.
You will take over a small caseload with the opportunity to build this using strong internal referrals and marketing resources. This is a great opportunity to be part of a successful and established practice that provides a supportive, flexible and friendly environment.
