Are you a corporate lawyer working very long hours in private practice and considering a move in-house?
A rare opportunity has arisen within a well known Plc for a Corporate Counsel. It's a highly acquisitive business and this role has been created to work closely with the M&A team on corporate deals and to manage the relationship with external counsel. It's high quality, international experience and there is scope to head up this side of the legal team as it grows.
Requirements:
- Corporate lawyer with at least 5 years PQE.
- Experience of managing high value, international acquisitions autonomously.
- Excellent training and academics.
- In-house experience desirable but not essential.
This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a rare corporate in-house role with a dynamic household name. Whilst it will still be challenging and require you to work outside of the 9-5 it will allow the successful lawyer to strike a better work-life balance.
