The work will include commercial and legal advice and support to customers and suppliers for global listed companies and governments. You will enjoy exposure to  complex work on cross border transactions to include the tender process, structure, negotiation and transition management. The firm is looking for lawyers with impressive credentials to include min 1 PQE with a leading firm which includes tech procurement transactions, IT outsourcing, business process outsourcing and transitional service agreements.  The firm offers cutting edge work, world class training and development and an excellent infrastructure.
