Commercial Paralegal – 2 years experience+

LAW Absolute are currently working with a exciting Technology and Engineering brand based in Oxfordshire in their search for a Commercial Paralegal. This is a well-known brand operating in the racing, engineering and manufacturing space who have an urgent need for a Paralegal to join in January.

As part of a small and dynamic legal team you will be responsible for:

• A variety of different commercial contracts
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating NDAs and T&Cs
• Helping advise on matters relating to IP and IP ownership

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience as a paralegal, have solid commercial experience and ideally some experience in IP. As a minimum candidates will need to be able to demonstrate an interest in IP.

This role will be initialy for 7 months, and candidates will be based in the clients Oxford office, with some working from home.
