This Top 200 law firm is seeking an Agricultural Solicitor who can join its team on a permanent, full-time basis. The firm, based in Gloucester, has a strong reputation across a variety of legal services.

The Role

These responsibilities fall under the remit of the Agricultural Solicitor:

• Managing a busy caseload and client base that consists of some of the leading agricultural businesses.
• Advising on a full spectrum of agricultural property issues, including sales, purchases, tenancy issues, boundary disputes, managing estates, diversification, mineral extraction, specialist licenses, environmental schemes, collaboration agreements, planning, and more.

The Ideal Candidate

To be considered for this position, candidates should have the following profile:

• At least 2 years’ PQE.
• Working knowledge of the agricultural sector, property law, and ownership issues.
• The firm is also happy to receive applications from Commercial Property Lawyers that have a strong interest in this area and wish to specialise in this field.
• Excellent communication skills.
• The ability to build rapport with both clients and colleagues.
• Business development capabilities are expected.

The Offer

The successful candidate will be offered a salary of between £35,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is also the chance to work at a firm with a national client base and ambitious plans for development.
