Regulatory Lawyer (3-months FTC)/ Bedfordshire / Up to circa £32,000 / Hybrid Working - Do you have previous experience within investigations and regulatory case handling? Our client is looking for an ambitious Regulatory Lawyer with a minimum of 2 years’ experience to join them on a 3-month fixed term contract to assist with an increased workload.

LOCATION: Bedfordshire (Hybrid Working)
PQE: 2+
SALARY: Up to c£32,000 (Pro rata)
THE ROLE:
A career enhancing opportunity has become available for talented Lawyer to become a key member of this thriving team and will offer effective support towards our client’s business and strategic objectives. The key duties of this role will include obtaining witness statements, liaising with relevant parties of the regulated community, preparing investigation reports, drafting legal documents/witness statements on behalf of the regulatory body and assisting with complex prior conduct cases. You will need to be self-sufficient and comfortable when making decisions and advising people of outcomes, both positive and negative. The role will be front facing and you will be dealing with a variety of stakeholders, so it is important that you are confident and passionate in providing the best possible service.
THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from talented Solicitors, Legal Executives or Barristers who will have experience in a similar role spanning at least 2-years. To succeed in this role, you will have excellent communications skills both verbal and written whilst been able to be concise and accurate. This role requires excellent prioritisation and meticulous attention to detail, which will enable you to analysis information/evidence and in turn will lead to great decision making.
