A great new opportunity has come up for an Industrial Disease litigator at a Top 50 Legal firm in Bolton, especially suited to people with a strong NIHL background. The firm is offering a great salary of up to £32,000 along with great home working benefits that will see you working from home 4 days a week!
The role is looking for people who have a strong background in both industrial disease and litigation, with the expectation that you will be able to handle a largely litigated industrial disease caseload with minimal supervision. The cases will be predominantly NIHL claims and as such good experience with this is essential.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience in both litigation and industrial disease, and will be confident in handling a large caseload with little to no supervision. You will be expected to consistently hit targets so experience working under pressure and a history of reaching or surpassing targets is very helpful.
