CONVEYANCING PARALEGAL/CONVEYANCER

I am representing a leading specialist provider of conveyancing legal services based in the North East of England. They pride themselves in providing the best possible service they can and on seeking and achieving the best possible results for their clients.

The firm has held a presence in the North East since the early 1900's and their reputation for
excellence is well known among local individuals and businesses alike. Almost all of their property work
is either repeat business or personal referral by former clients.

The successful applicant will be a motivated conveyancer or conveyancing paralegal in their
Residential Property Department who prides themselves on their attention to detail, accuracy and
ability to think on their feet. They are also open to applicants who are experienced legal secretaries
who have demonstrable paralegal experience gained in a residential property team.

The position is ideal for an individual who aspires to develop their residential conveyancing legal
career in the long term. You will be given an opportunity to broaden and develop your skills and
take on new responsibilities.

Salary will be negotiable based on the level of experience but expected range will be £20k-£30k.
