DEBT RECOVERY MANAGER | ASHFORD
Our client is a full service law firm with offices across Kent. They are looking for a part time Debt Recovery Manager to join their busy team.
This role is varied and will involve running debt recovery matters in the courts on behalf of clients as well as the firm's unpaid client invoices. This is a growing area for the firm.
Candidates should have relevant recent experience in running debt recovery matters with minimal supervision to include enforcement of Judgements. Knowledge of Court process and contract law is essential as is excellent prioritisation and organisational skills. Candidates will also possess effective research and drafting skills and excellent oral and written communication skills.
