In-House Commercial Paralegal required by a global business on a contract basis. This role will be for a minimum of 12 months, but there is a high chance of extension and the role going permanent. Based near Coventry, the business are leaders within the automotive industry. They have expanded significantly over the last 3 years and are now looking for an experienced commercial paralegal to join their legal team.

Description

As a In-House Commercial Paralegal you will be working closely with the Head of Legal within a friendly and supportive environment. Daily tasks can include drafting and reviewing commercial contracts such as inter-company agreements and NDAs. You will also provide general support to the Head of Legal which can include a wide range of legal matters such as providing advice to the wider business.

Profile

Ideally you will have completed a law degree and your LPC although this isn't required. You will however, have experience in drafting contracts in a similar paralegal role. PLEASE NOTE that this is not an entry level position role.

The business are based near Coventry and as the role is hybrid working, you must be able to commute to their office 3 days per week for the duration of the contract.
