COMMERCIAL PROEPRTY SOLICITOR (NQ - 6 PQE)

You will need a minimum of 1 years' experience in Commercial Property matters, including Landlord and Tenant, Property Finance, Acquisition, Disposals and Developments.

The role will require you to conduct and manage your own case load from initial instruction through to conclusion and to assist in marketing and business development of the department and firm. You will be dealing with all types of non-contentious real estate transactions and you will be backed by a very supportive team, including supportive Partner level colleagues.

The right candidate will already have strong commercial awareness and be competent in commercial property matters. A commitment to business development and managing client relationships is also desirable.
