One of the country’s most established law firms is seeking an Employment Solicitor who can join its team on a full-time, permanent basis. Located in Lincolnshire, this firm is renowned for its outstanding legal services.
About the Role
In this position, the Employment Solicitor will have the following responsibilities:
- Working on a full spectrum of Employment Law matters.
- Advising employers and employees on a range of employment matters, including both contentious and non-contentious matters.
- Actively contributing to the team’s business development work.
- Advising on unfair dismissal claims, TUPE transfers, settlement agreements, contractual issues, and business redundancies.
About You
To be considered for this position, candidates should have the following skills and attributes:
- A minimum of 2 years’ PQE is essential.
- Substantial experience across the broad spectrum of employment matters.
- Enthusiasm for business development.
- Ability to work without the need for supervision.
- Commercial acumen.
Salary and Benefits
