The position involves acting for leaseholders and freeholders in relation to individual lease extensions, collective freehold purchases, right to manage, right of first refusal and other ancillary matters.
Ideally, you will have proven technical ability and enjoy dealing with clients and playing a part in business development, marketing and delivering seminars.
