Excellent opportunity for a Litigation Assistant to join a leading global law firm.

Our client is an award-winning international law firm with over 40 offices spread across the UK, Europe, Middle East, Asia Pacific and America. They are currently looking for a Litigation Assistant to join their Healthcare division in Birmingham.

The hiring team advise the NHS Resolution, NHS Trusts and medical malpractice insurers of private hospitals, clinics and practitioners on EL/PL and clinical negligence claims. The role will involve working on a wide range of EL/PL claims of mainly low to medium value.

To be considered, you must have at least one years' paralegal/ legal assistant experience in defending employers' and public liability claims. You must have experience of running your own caseload.
