THE ROLE:
An exciting and rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Lawyer to join this award-winning National practice within their highly regarded commercial team. The appointed Commercial Solicitor will be providing professional support to the commercial and technology sector. You will be responsible for researching and updating on developments within the Commercial and Technology sector, arranging and presenting training sessions, managing and updating precedents and providing assistance to fee earners on know-how and legal questions.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from technically strong Commercial Lawyers who have at least 5 years PQE in dealing with IT contracts and IP law. You will be able to demonstrate a good understanding and knowledge of the needs of clients in this area of law and will be an experienced presenter and trainer. Ideally you will already be a PSL in your current position, however the firm are also keen to hear from experienced Commercial IT / IP Lawyers who are looking for a fresh challenge away from fee earning.
