Client Details
The in-house team of a Midlands organisation.
Description
We are working with a specialist in-house litigation team who are looking to recruit a Solicitor who is looking to do something different away from the world of private practice.
The team specialises in a mix of litigation matters from insolvency litigation through to shareholders' disputes. The team is small but growing and you will work alongside lawyers who have previously worked in large national and international law firms.
You will not just get involved in day-to-day fee earning but you will also input with external counsel and also spend time commercially analysing and assessing potential claims that the team may pick up.
The team operate a hybrid working pattern - so you don't have to be in the office every day.
This role would suit a solicitor who enjoys litigation but would benefit from taking their career away from the traditional law firm model.
Profile
It's likely that you have at least 12 months' experience either during a training contract or as a qualified UK solicitor. Our client will consider candidates with a range of PQE who have experience in commercial litigation matters. The role would not be suitable for candidates who specialise in personal injury work or similar types of litigation.
