Job Title: Commercial Property Paralegal

Salary: £25,000-£30,000

An established London based Law firm is looking for a motivated Commercial Property Paralegal to join their growing Residential and Commercial Property Department. This firm’s expert legal teams provide quality legal services to both private and commercial clients focusing on the unique needs of each client. The firm has a strong international focus and a friendly and professional team.

The ideal candidate will preferably have experience in both Residential Property and Commercial Property although only Commercial experience is essential. In this role you will be working in a fast paced environment, providing support to a senior fee earner on a range of Property transactions. The successful candidate will be educated to degree level and be able to work to strict deadlines.

You will have:

• Degree level education
• Experience in Commercial property
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work as part of a busy team as well as on own initiative
