A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Legal Assistant to join a leading, forward-thinking Cheshire-based Insurance law firm to work within the First Response department. The firm offers excellent training and long-term progression, and this role would suit law graduates (LLB/LPC) who are looking for an entry level role at an award-winning law firm.
Full training will be provided, and as the successful candidate you will be required to attend the firm’s office for the training programme and whilst you familiarise yourself with the role.
Following this, a hybrid home working pattern may be considered with a full IT set up being provided (PC, office phone etc).
You will act as first point of contact to the firm’s new and existing clients and will be advising clients on new claims, submitting CNF forms, chasing clients for documents, providing general advice to clients and general administration duties.
You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and a confident telephone manner.
