Risk Management Associate, 5+ Years PQE, Worcestershire - This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward thinking team and a leading national law firm which is really moving in an exciting strategic direction. 

OVERVIEW:
• An experienced Risk Management Associate is sought after to join this established practice in Worcestershire.
• As the successful Risk Management Associate you will be assisting and identifying risk management measures for the firm, liaising with the firm’s compliance team.
• This varied role will require you to liaise with senior management to ensure that there is effective governance procedures in place, ensure that there are effective complaints and claims management procedures, promote a culture of regulatory compliance and ensure compliance with all terms and conditions of the SRA and any other statutory obligations.
• In addition you will also be expected to assist with in-house risk management training
• Suitable applications are welcomed from Risk Management Associates who have gained relevant experience within a well-established law firm.
