Our client is looking to appoint a junior Corporate Partner to join their Leeds team. You will join a global legal firm and have the opportunity to help grow and manage the team
Client Details
The client is a large full service commercial law firm with a large office in central Leeds. The team has recently appointed new Corporate Partners in Leeds and they are now looking to grow the team further due to the volume of client instructions.
Description
The Corporate Partner will support the existing Partners and pick up a caseload of M & A and private equity work acting for public and private companies. The successful candidate will run transactions and support junior fee earners but also play an active role in business development and maintaining client relationships.
Profile
You will be an Corporate Partner or a Solicitor looking for a junior Partner role. You will worked ideally in the Yorkshire market and be interested to work for a Top 20 law firm
