Financial Services Litigation Solicitor 4+ PQE - Remote - FTC

This international firm seeks a solicitor to join their leading financial services litigation department.

The role will support the Financial Services Disputes & Investigations team on a large piece of work for a key client. You will play a pivotal role reporting into a senior lawyer, assisting them in the day to day management of their paralegal team, and dealing with more complex cases.

You will be an experienced litigator and have experience of taking cases to either small claims or fast track trials and have a thorough and detailed understanding of CPR. You will be able to demonstrate experience of mentoring, coaching and line managing/supervision of junior colleagues. Your additional day to day responsibilities will include being directly responsible for a small team of paralegals, ensuring a high quality of work, file management and adherence to policies. You will not have a caseload of your own.

You should have been working in an environment where meticulous attention to detail is crucial as well as demonstrating the management of complex processes and contribution towards their improvement. An ability to organise and prioritise your own workload, as well as that of paralegals is an important attribute.
