The company
An exceptional opportunity for a Senior Commercial Contracts Lawyer to join the in-house legal team of this market leading, international company.
The role
Working as part of a 40 strong in-house legal team you will take the lead on key bids, drafting / negotiating high value, complex and bespoke commercial contracts. Providing proactive legal support to the commercial and procurement and wider legal team.
About you
This would be an ideal opportunity for an experienced commercial contracts lawyer who is looking for the autonomy to lead on bids and complex commercial contracts whilst working as part of a collaborative in-house legal team. Experience of service contracts, outsourcing, BPO, customer contracts, public procurement would be of particular interest. Any experience of working within the telecoms, IT, networks, CRM sectors would also be of great interest given the nature of the contracts you will be working on.
