The Role

Experienced Conveyancer to join Top 100 Property team

Unscathed by the Stamp Duty holiday, and looking to develop those in the team forward continually, an experienced Conveyancer has the opportunity to join one of the UK's leading Property teams. The firm's brand and reputation attracts those of HNW, both from across the UK and the capital.

You will be exposed to all areas of conveyancing, with the door open to move into Development and Commercial Property should this be a long-term goal,

Led by quality, not crunch, you will take ownership of a full caseload that matches your expertise whilst allowing your skill set to develop day-to-day. Being an experienced team member, you will lead and influence a group of Assistants and Administrators to provide top-level service.

You will work alongside leadership, not micro-managed. The development program is based on merit, allowing for movement upwards that matches your career goals.

The Requirements

  • Conveyancing experience, be it as a solicitor, CILEx or career paralegal
  • Quality-driven in your approach
  • Willingness to progress upwards within the team
