Exciting in-house commercial legal counsel opportunity with a leading national professional services business based in their Central London office.

The Role

The role will involve providing legal support, including:

  • Advising on and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts including with clients and suppliers;
  • Working on software licencing;
  • Data protection matters;
  • Risk management;
  • Advising on potential disputes;
  • Advising on new laws and regulations;
  • Providing legal training; and
  • Other legal and risk management matters.

Salary guidance of up to circa £80,000 + benefits package.
