The Vacancy

As part of the ongoing expansion (primarily by acquisition) of the RSK Group are looking for three corporate/commercial lawyers with at least 3 years PQE to join our small and extremely busy inhouse legal team in Helsby, Cheshire. While the team is based in Helsby, we are currently operating remote working for many of our office-based employees and this is expected to evolve into a blended working arrangement when restrictions enable this. Candidates looking for full or part-time (24-30 hours per week) will be considered.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a lawyer with a good grounding in corporate and/or commercial work who has the acumen to deal with a hugely varied workload and understands the importance of commerciality in their legal advice.  As we are looking to hire three lawyers, we will be seeking to tailor each role, based on the expertise and experience of the candidates. The role will also include working with international companies.

  • Onboarding and integration of new acquisitions
  • Legal compliance advice and coordination
  • Commercial contracts and dispute resolution

Person Specification

The successful candidate will have a background in corporate/commercial law, ideally in a fast paced environment. This role is most suited to an adaptable person who will thrive under pressure and be happy to take on new challenges.
