Casualties EL/PL Fraud Fee Earner - This is a fantastic role and a very broad range of candidates are being considered. The successful candidate will be a part of the Casualty Fraud team of one of our leading law firm clients. The team will consider anyone who has litigated EL/PL experience and/or fraud experience including RTA fraud.

Summary of position

• Job title: Solicitor; Legal Executive; Litigation Executive
• Location: Greater Manchester
• Salary: £23,000 to £45,000 (depending on experience)
• Reports to: Partner
• Experience: Casualty EL/PL Fraud experience would be ideal, but this is a rare skill set so the team are encouraging anyone with general EL/PL and/or fraud (including RTA fraud experience) to apply. Claimant or defendant experience will be considered.

Varied range of work on offer including top insurance clients and leading corporates

The team advise on all manner of litigated EL/PL cases where fraud has taken place or is suspected. The clients range from insurance companies to large corporates and the work requires a real in-depth analytical approach.

This is a technical area of law and the skill set is rare so the hiring managers are considering a broad range of candidates including those with a general litigated EL/PL skill set or who have fraud experience, but not necessarily any EL/PL experience.
