Our client is an international US Law Firm currently looking to recruit a 3-5 PQE Associate to join their Private Equity Funds team in Hong Kong.
They are looking for a England & Wales qualified lawyer, ideally with transactional (as opposed to regulatory) Private Equity funds experience. However, they could also consider a hedge funds or corporate/PE/RE M&A lawyer with JV experience interested in transitioning into a Private Equity funds role.
NO CHINESE LANGUAGE SKILL REQUIRED
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years post qualification experience, have excellent academics (2:1 minimum) and have experience from a top City law firm.
