Legal Counsel

Client

You will be joining an extremely highly regarded and well-known player within the tech space.

Role

You will join as the 5th member of the global legal team and you will report directly into the General Counsel.  You will be provided with opportunities for further progression from the off.

You will undertake an extremely diverse and varied in-house legal role and be fully immersed within all levels of the organisation from the off including dealing on a day to day basis with multiple senior internal stakeholders.

You will draft and negotiate a rich variety of commercial contracts and advise on a range of wider additional legal issues facing the business.

You will be rewarded with a lucrative remuneration package including RSU's/equity.

You will be able to undertake this role mostly wholly remotely/from home should you so wish.  The company has its UK offices based in central London.

You

You will be a qualified lawyer (open to jurisdiction of qualification) with approximately 1-6 years' PQE.  You will have some prior experience of tech related matters.
