Legal Counsel - Biotech - Cambs or remote

Rapidly developing biopharmaceutical with a small but growing legal team, now seeks a capable and ambitious counsel to help advise the business. 

Reporting to the team's Senior Legal Counsel but also working with the General Counsel and all parts of the business, the role will mainly focus on commercial matters and agreements such as services, MTAs, consultancy, research, collaborations and licensing. It will also help support on broader legal matters including corporate issues and compliance.

You will have at least 2 years pqe (although candidates at all levels will be considered), with existing commercial experience. Any experience in life sciences will be beneficial but is not a requirement. You will also need to be agile and able to work in a fast moving, international environment.
