THE ROLE
The Litigation Department deals with a wide range of contentious matters including commercial disputes, property litigation (general and landlord and tenant), professional negligence, insurance, construction and engineering, judicial review, shareholder disputes and intellectual property.
This PSL position will be responsible for keeping the department advised on the latest developments, both legal and market practice driven, co-ordinating and further developing training initiatives for fee earners at all levels within the department, providing assistance in promoting the department to the outside world and supporting fee earners in solving day to day practice issues.
THE PERSON
* 5PQE+ in commercial litigation with a recognised firm
* A broad range of litigation experience, including general commercial and property.
* Previous PSL experience is not essential, but is preferred
