Our client is a top tier ranked firm for Asset Based Lending work working on cutting edge deals in the UK and internationally.
They are looking for ambitious lawyers with banking, asset finance, restructuring, structure finance experience to join their growing team. You will be part of a successful highly ranked team offering plenty of support and good career prospects.
The team advises on all types of receivables financing and asset based lending transactions, including syndicated facilities, sponsor-backed deals, cross-border transactions and off-balance sheet receivables purchase programmes and has a very broad range of clients including UK clearing banks, US and European financial institutions, challenger banks, funds and independent ABL's.
They would be interested in junior lawyers (NQ+) looking to join collegiate team with lots of client face time and senior lawyers looking to build a practice.
They a very flexible when it comes to agile working and would be happy for someone to work from their regional offices.
