LAW Absolute are currently working with a major television network/channel in their search for an Employment Lawyer to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract supporting the business across UK, EMEA and Asia-Pacific.
Working closely with the legal team and HR team, you will provide legal advice to senior managers and stakeholders, responsibilities will include:
- Drafting and negotiating employment documentation including contracts, vendor agreements and settlement agreements
- Advise on TUPE, immigration and employee data protection
- Advise on day to day matters as well as offer corporate support on M&A and joint ventures
The successful candidate will be a qualified lawyer/solicitor and have previous experience in private practice or in-house as a legal counsel advising on Employment Law matters.
You will be part of a team-orientated, pro-active team who work very collaboratively in their delivery to the business. The team are currently working fully remotely, and anticipate a hybrid, flexible working from home model depending on government guidelines. The clients offices are in London.
This role would be ideally suited to a candidate with 1-6 years PQE but all qualified candidates with Employment Law experience are encouraged to apply.
This is a full-time opportunity but candidates looking for a part-time 4 day working week will also be considered.
