Clinical Negligence Associate - Reading

A leading national law firm is looking for an associate to join them, in their Reading clinical negligence team.


THE TEAM AND THE ROLE

Their TIER 1 RANKED Clinical Negligence team advises private clients on complaints and claims involving any type of medical negligence.

As an associate in the team, you would be working with a leading clinical negligence partner on multimillion pound catastrophic brain injury and spinal cases. You will focus on providing an exceptional experience for all potential, new and existing clients.

As an associate in the team you will also:
- Collaborate with partners on the day to day conduct of matters, dealing with catastrophic injury and clinical negligence cases
- Take detailed witness statements
- Research and prepare legal papers
- Review and analyse potential cases


ABOUT YOU

- You will be an enthusiastic solicitor or legal executive with experience of managing a caseload of clinical negligence matters
- You will have people management skills
- You will be confident to work independently as well as part of a team
- You will have an in-depth knowledge of the CPR and court rules
- You will have excellent organisational skills
