The Role
*Supervising a team of junior lawyers
*Managing a caseload of more complex matters
*Liaising with clients ensuring excellent client service
The Candidate
*Qualified as either a solicitor or legal executive in England & Wales
*Demonstrable experience of RTA, EL and PL work
*Experience can be gained in either a claimant or defendant environment
*Prior experience of managing/ supervising junior lawyers
