Marketing Manager

Fabulous opportunity for a confident, polished and ambitious Marketing Manager to join a rapidly expanding and dynamic City firm.

This is a newly created role and is ideal for an individual who seeks an exciting, long-term career challenge. You will be naturally outgoing, self-motivated, possess strong communication and analytical skills, and enjoy a wide variety of work experiences and challenges.

The ideal candidate will be degree educated and have solid marketing experience from a law firm or professional services environment.

Ideal exposure may cover: 

• Managing marketing projects regarding literature, activities and events for all service areas across the firm
• Newsletters – collating, editing, design and distribution
• Working with the team to develop literature in line with the brand
• Website – general copy updates, adding new fee earners, blogs, articles
• Working with the Marketing team in connection with the social media channels and website in terms of creating content and liaising with the teams
• Press & PR – print and with radio partners, with regard to press releases and editorial content
• Advertising
• Marketing campaigns

As previously mentioned, this is a brand new role that the right candidate will be able to make their own. The role will require frequent dialogue with Fee Earners and support staff, both to understand marketing needs and to design and deliver an effective schedule of activities. You will be the only marketing adviser to the firm and will drive through a creative and effective plan to support the wider team.
