Our client is a Magic Circle law firm in Moscow, with one of the leading Russian corporate practices in the Moscow legal market.
Due to its ongoing busy workload, it is looking to hire a talented and ambitious mid level Russian qualified associates to join its collegiate Russian Corporate Department.
Your profile as a lawyer should be as follows:
- Strong academic profile from a well regarded Russian university;
- From 3-5 years post qualification experience in corporate M&A/JVs at another major global law firm or top Russian law firm in Moscow;
- Good knowledge of Russian corporate law;
- Strong experience of drafting both English law and Russian law governed SHAs/SPAs and ancilliary corporate documents;
- Dedicated team playing attitude.
