Are you a new build conveyancer with management experience who is seeking a new challenge? This reputable law firm can offer a competitive salary to lead and manage a new build team of around twenty members of staff.
Our client is a law firm with over eight offices across the West Midlands, and due to the departure of a senior team member they are keen to hire a new build conveyancer to slot into this position and manage the department.
The role does require you to manage a team of around twenty people whilst also undertaking some fee earning duties. You must be qualified to solicitor or legal executive level and have at least 6+ years’ experience running your own caseload of new build matters. Management experience is essential, and this role requires a high degree of commercial acumen and business awareness.
The firm can offer a competitive salary and the ability to work from home occasionally, as well as progression right through to Director level.
