Excellent NQ+ Solicitor opportunity in defendant clinical negligence with one of the UK's leading firms in this field.

Our client seeks to appoint a defendant clinical negligence NQ+ solicitor to join their successful team based in Birmingham. You'll ideally have at least one defendant clinical negligence seat under your belt and you may have trained at an NHSLA panel firm although this is not essential. Applications are welcomed from NQs as well as qualified clinical negligence lawyers with circa 1-3 years+.

The team advises NHS Resolution, NHS Trusts, Medical Protection Society and medical malpractice insurers of private hospitals and clinics on clinical negligence claims. In addition, the firm advises on health law advice, regulatory matters and represent clients at inquests and judicial reviews and give guidance on clinical risk management. The firm has an established client base comprising major insurers, reinsurers, Lloyd's Syndicates, public bodies and corporates.
