THE ROLE
An excellent opportunity to make your mark within the firm's award winning and top ranked Core Real Estate Team as a Knowledge Lawyer.
Responsibilities will include:
Disseminating knowledge within the Department and answering technical legal queries in relation to the law.
Providing internal training to Core Real Estate lawyers and inputting info the Real Estate training Academy.
Know-how extraction and collation.
Creating and maintaining Real Estate knowledge content on the intranet and other knowledge databases.
Assisting with and preparing the fortnightly current awareness bulletin and other internal publications.
Working with partners, associates and the RE BD team on pitches, campaigns and blogs.
Sharing information, supporting and collaborating with the other KDLs in the RE Sector particularly the RE disputes, planning and construction KDLs.
ABOUT YOU
With at least 4pqe as a transactional Real Estate lawyer in the UK market, you will have strong technical knowledge of UK RE law and practice.
