Professional Indemnity Solicitor, 1+PQE - Manchester/Remote

Our client is a leading international law firm based in Bristol who are seeking an associate/senior associate with 1+ PQE to join their team in Manchester or remotely from anywhere in the UK.

The team act for insurers in defending mid to high level complex warranty and indemnity claims against a wide range of professionals including solicitors, financial advisers, accountants, insurance brokers, construction professionals, surveyors and media/tech professionals.

As a solicitor within this team you will support a broad range of clients and therefore gain experience across a range of sectors, with the opportunity to specialise. You will work closely with clients providing advice on coverage, regulatory and risk management, as well as acting in policy disputes and disciplinary proceedings.

To be considered for this role you will need to have gained 1+ years' post-qualification experience within a professional negligence, or wider insurance role. Solicitors wishing to be considered for the senior associate position should have experience in mentoring and supervising more junior members of the team.
