My client is a reputable multi-site law firm with offices across the East Midlands who is looking for an experienced Legal Secretary to join their dedicated Conveyancing team in their Burton on Trent office.

You will have previous secretarial experience and have worked within a Conveyancing department and be able to demonstrate conveyancing secretarial experience. 

You will be supporting two experienced fee earners within the residential department. Your duties will include:
  • Audio copy typing, including digital dictation
  • Liaising with key clients
  • Using the firms case management system
  • File & diary management 
  • Preparing and drafting documents and correspondence
  • General administrative duties
