Rare opening at this top City firm for a mid-level disputes associate to join the internal General Counsel team. Ideally you will have a background in professional liability defence work as you will be advising on all liability matters affecting the firm, including claims made pursuant to the firm's insurance policies. You will work closely with colleagues across the EMEA region on regulatory and liability issues and assist with contentious data protection issues. Their role will also include instructing external lawyers, liaising with insurers and presenting to the firm on risk and liability issues.
