You will be joining a well-known global organisation which is in the process of huge international expansion plans.

Role

You will join in a newly created extremely broad and diverse in-house role as the organisation's 1st dedicated Global General Counsel, allowing you to be exposed to all levels of the business from the off.  You will assume control over the international legal affairs for this organisation, especially in the UK and the USA.  You will report directly to the Board and will manage several Legal Counsels within your global legal team.

You will be rewarded with a top of the range extremely lucrative remuneration package including bonus and stock options.

You

You will be a qualified Solicitor in the UK, Australia or New Zealand or a qualified Attorney in the USA with approximately 10+ years' PQE.  Please note that you must also additionally have all of the following in order to be considered for this role (i.e. you must have experience in each and every one of these listed areas as all are equally essential for the client for this role):

- a range of prior experiences working on commercial contracts and diverse commercial issues;

- significant prior in-house experiences;

- significant experience of managing direct reports/leading a group or team; and

- prior experience of the food delivery or takeaway sector.
