This is a truly outstanding opportunity for a newly qualified solicitor to join the Edinburgh based Construction team in one of the UK's leading practices.
Joining a highly regarded and ever expanding team, you will benefit from working closely with some of the most experienced construction solicitors in Scotland. Offering a great opportunity to work with an array of clients across a wide variety of sectors.
Your role will involve providing first class and professional advice on all types of non-contentious construction matters including - procurement matters, guarantees and collateral warranties and drafting and negotiating construction contracts, as well as writing articles and presenting at internal and external events.
The successful candidate will ideally have gained some construction experience during their traineeship and be able to demonstrate a real interest and passion for the construction sector or within infrastructure projects.
