Legal 500 Central Brighton firm dealing with high quality work supporting both the regional and London markets
The Commercial Property team advise on a wide variety of commercial issues for a broad range of buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, developers and funders. The department in Brighton are seeking to appoint an experienced Commercial Property solicitor in what is a very busy and successful team, with the role being created as due to an increasing volume of quality work across both the Brighton and London teams.
Working alongside the Head of Commercial Property who is based in Brighton as well as providing support to the team in London you will manage your own caseload and provide further input on some of the larger pieces of work the firm deal with. the team deal with all manner of commercial property work including Freehold purchase and sale of commercial and business premises, site acquisitions, disposals and development, retail, leisure, factory office and residential including overage agreements, leases and renewals, for landlords and tenants, portfolio management and property investments, finance, rent reviews, licences as well as Landlord & Tenant law which includes including Commonhold & Leasehold Reform Act 2002.
The team are looking for an experienced solicitor / Legal executive who considers themselves highly competent in being able to mange their own work, manage existing client relationships, business develop new clients and generally have a good track record in building and developing a caseload of commercial property work.
The firm offer competitive rates of pay and opportunities to move into seniority depending on your current level of experience. Flexible working is also a consideration too.
