Litigation Associate Solicitor

Established over 150 years ago, our client is a growing 5 Partner private practice law firm. The firm is based in a market town on the South Oxfordshire/Berkshire border and is well known in the region for providing quality legal advice to private clients throughout Thames Valley and beyond.
 
The Litigation Department within the firm is thriving and generating quality and high-value work with its existing clients.
 
The firm is seeking a general litigation solicitor - with a minimum of 4 years' PQE - to join the existing team. 
 
This is a key hire for the practice and genuine partnership prospects are on offer for the right candidate.
 
You will be responsible for running your own caseload of:

• Property litigation, to include both commercial and residential
• Landlord & tenant disputes (ToLATA) 
• Contested trust & probate
• Commercial disputes - to include consumer & contractual disputes
• Professional negligence
• Debt collection

The ideal litigation associate solicitor will be enthusiastic and friendly, have good academics and a minimum of 4 years' litigation experience handling a broad caseload of matters to include property litigation and contested probate.
