I am recruiting for a large infrastructure fund that is looking for a junior lawyer to join its team reporting to the General Counsel. The team is small (5 people) but very involved in the commercial side of the business as well as legal as the team consists both of lawyers and commercial directors.
The business itself is focused on long term PFI/PPP projects including schools, roads, hospitals, care homes and prisons amongst others. They are involved from the initial funding through to the maintenance and investment in these projects over their life span.
Your responsibilities will be varied and you can expect to be involved in all issues that can arise from 20-30 year projects from working with stakeholders to solve contractual issues and manage risks, through to corporate governance, GDPR and contentious matters.
This is a seldom seen opportunity to really expand your experience and enable you to build a strong and successful in-house career within the infrastructure/projects space.
